2. Nội dung công việc

I. DIGITAL EXECUTION

- Managing and executing all ads platform of Jump Arena: Facebook ads, Tiktok Ads, Google ads, SMS, Email …
- Ambitious and Interesting in proposing new channels, strategies to meet KPI
- Coordinating with other stakeholders to plan and ensure the task work well.
- Managing website for uploading content, image …
- Analyzing and planning the website to allocate suitable keywords for SEO
- Ensuring SEO has performance as the plan

II. PLANNING & OVERALL MANAGEMENT

- Work closely with MKT manager to create monthly digital plan
- Managing and supporting to troubleshooting all digital account platform
- Setting automated chatbot following guidelines to answer user and acquire new user

III. DATA ANALYSIS & PROMOTION

- Analyzing the behavior of online customer
- Measure and track the ROI of media investments, performance and KPIs using dashboards
- Suggesting promotion to engage online customers
- Using report systems to measurable marketing activities from online to offline.

IV. CONTENT MANAGEMENT

- Supporting to create digital for website, sms, email
- Brainstorming with marketing team to create the contest, tournaments, seasonal event …

V. OTHERS

- Joining company activities, marketing activities (commercial material: video, shooting …)
- Take apart to engage and manage agency

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Thái độ / Tính cách

- Dynamic, eager to learn, with a sense of responsibility at work

2. Kỹ năng

- Good analytics and logical mindset

3. Kiến thức chuyên môn

- At least 2 years experience in Digital marketing, especially performance marketing (Google, Facebook, Tiktok...)
- Learn quickly and flexibly in unexpected situations
- Fluence English is a big plus

- Lương: Thỏa thuận
