- Give the exact proposition and creative direction to Account and Creative team
- Brief to design team and follow with the designs
- Handle budgets, manage campaign costs
- Write proposal, present to the client and follow up the feedback to meet the client expectation

- Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 1 years work experience in a multinational advertising agency
- At least 1-year experience in the same position for Agency
- Experience in the same position across various marketing disciplines, e.g. events, activation, PR, sales promotion, digital is an advantage
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements
- Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative and insightful
- Good writing skills, particularly in relation to proposals and presentation
- Good English in verbal and written communication
