Mô tả công việc

1. Trách nhiệm công việc

- Identify target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behavior and media habits to give advice to the management & execution team on the right marketing channel developments Develop media plans for launching marketing projects, events & campaigns

2. Nội dung công việc

- Proactively study market leaders, competitors and new marketing trends to find valuable insights which help the company lead the market & win its competitors externally & improve the marketing productivities internally
- Advisor to the project’s marketing teams on the valuable insights of R&D works
- Build various marketing flows for onboarding & caring new/current customers
- Track, evaluate and make reports on the effectiveness of marketing plans/campaigns launched

- Able to manage multi-task and have good interpersonal skills

3. Kiến thức chuyên môn

- Degree in any discipline, major in Marketing information management, business, would have an advantage
- With 1-2 years’ experience working in media agency
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Good at PowerPoint and have attention to details

Thông tin bổ sung

- Monthly income: 10-18M (base salary + incentive)
- Salary review each 6 months
- Other benefits: follow internal (lunch, parking fee, annual vacation, teambuilding,…)
- Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be in accordance with Labor Law
- Opportunities to train and work in a foreign environment, to practice foreign languages and improve professional knowledge
- Working hours: Monday- Friday; 9:00- 18:00
