- Creative Work: Building and supervise full art material for each campaign (Key visual, art direction, social template, photogaphy, presentation template)

- Leads the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, online, mobile.
- Supervises a team of graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, production artists and creative freelancers.
- Works with copywriters to develop materials for advertising campaigns.
- Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative
director, account team or clients.
- Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion.
- Supervise team memeber’s work and offer creative ideas to encourage others to share
- Acts as a go-to person for cross-functional team(s), collaborate effectively with Copywriter, Account
team, etc.
- Management: 2-3 projects at the same time
- Building team: managing 2-3 Designers/ juniors
- Decision making & ownership
- Critical thinking & problem solving
- Ability to work in conceptual thinking, wide knowledge, creative in making up new ideas
- Valued for design flexibility, conceptual/visual thinking and sense of strategy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- A strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation.
