Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager (Marketing Manager) will lead and be responsible for the success/failure of activities related to promoting and advertising brand products in terms of reaching many customers. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, strategy and is also directly involved in the implementation of the Marketing Plan

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our products 
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and vendors
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Monitor and approve marketing materials from marketing executive
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
• Represent Consen Lab at industry events and conferences if required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience as a marketing manager at a technology company, with proven results and references.
• Active user of web3 applications, knowledgeable of the wider web3 ecosystem, key projects, challenges, topical narratives, memes, etc.
• Proven track record of success in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and market share in competitive markets, especially within startups.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Twitter and other social media platforms
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Excellent understanding of spoken and written English.
• Excellent presentation skills, willingness to travel to conferences and key events to help promote Consen Lab products and vision.
