• Identifying key leads from Google search or social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc
• Qualifying the identified leads based on approved customer ideal profile standards
• Search for lead’s information such as email, phone, social media accounts, etc

• Processing and updating leads on a Customer Data Platform
• Collaborate with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion
• Support Account Manager and Account Executive in finding decision-maker‘s contacts
• Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly goals
• Conduct customer research or market research to obtain information about potential leads
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
• Other tasks as assigned

• Have experience in “Solution” Sales / Business Development / Pre-Sales (B2B)
• Agressive with growth mindset and positive attitude.

Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
