Opt Leader

Opt Leader is responsible for the operation and performance of the Optimization team. The role supervises team members in executing ad campaigns and manages the cooperation with ad platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership with a comprehensive understanding of ad platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Tiktok… and a strong background in detail-oriented, analytics and result-driven.

• Oversee the quality of campaigns executed by team members to ensure KPI is adhered to, coach on best practices and recommendations where necessary
• Command analysis of key metrics, continuously assess on the results and support the pitching and execution of key campaigns
• Manage cost efficiency on monthly / quarterly / half-year basis
• Direct workflow and evaluate team member's performance
• Participate in team recruitment, orientation and training
• Coordinate with BD and creative team to enhance cross-team communication
• Assist admin team in billing and invoicing, prepare internal forecast
• Manage relationship and collaboration with platform partners and vendors
• Keep informed of strategies and market trends
• Perform special projects as assigned
• Report to Head of Operation

• Exceptional interpersonal communication, collaborative and influencing abilities

• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail
• Proven strong organization and management skills under pressure, strong leadership skills
• Understanding current trends and ability to analyze data
• Proficiency in MS Office

• 2+ years of senior ad optimization experience
• BA/BSc in Economics, Marketing or equivalence
• Extensive knowledge and experience of branding and performing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Tiktok…
