Mô tả công việc

1. Trách nhiệm công việc

Key Responsibilities
• Design and conduct travel market research studies on traveler intent, preferences,
demand, and brand perception.
• Develop research instruments (questionnaires, screeners, interview guides)
aligned with project objectives.
• Execute data collection strategies via online panel, in-person surveys, and
secondary sources.
• Analyze quantitative data using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Excel) and
qualitative inputs to develop clear, actionable insights.
• Prepare reports to present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor tourism and traveler behavior trends across Southeast Asia and
international markets.
• Conduct competitor and benchmark analyses (e.g., destination brand audits,
pricing models, consumer sentiment).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., BD, client success, data analyst) to
deliver projects on time and to specification
