Reply to inbox and comment on the Facebook and Youtube of the brand:
+ Working days of the week: reply within 3 hours from 8:00 to 20:00
+ Weekends + holidays: check the Fanpage at least twice a day at 09:00 and 19:00
Schedule post: carefully check the content and images displayed after airing the post
Actively respond and resolve the problems that occur on the Fanpage, simultaneously inform the internal team
2. Minigame management
Propose gifts, compose detailed rules and regulations
Filter and collect winner information
Package gifts and track gifts until the winner confirms receipt of the gift
3. Monitor & Report
Report to the team about the problems encountered in the management of Fanpage as soon as possible
Prepare Monthly Report, Competitor Review, VOC Report, and additional reports if requested
