Pr Supervisor

• Working closely with clients on a daily basis to ensure all projects are running according to agreed timeline and all materials are delivered timely 
• Working closely with reporters and internal content team to implement PR projects, including content management  
• Managing the process of creation, production and implementation of communications projects, including tracking of client budgets and timelines. 

• Preparing cost estimates for client & acquiring quotations from third parties while managing campaign expenses effectively  
• Managing and coaching a talented teamconsists of account executives and interns  
• Supervising and collaborating with a team of content to prepare all communications content required by the clients  
• Involving in the process of strategic planning and content development  

• Responsible & able to work under pressures and tight timeline 

• Relevant degree in PR, Communications, Advertiding, Business Administration or marketing  
• Ability to write & speak and present in English fluently  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively  

• At least 02+ years experience of PR project management
