Senior Graphic Designer

The main task of a Senior Designer is collaborating with the Account team, Creative team to gather the client’s debrief. He/ She will take part in brainstorming sessions and propose ideas based on the creative brief. This role is also in charge of ensuring that visual creation incorporates successful branding perspectives and strategies. 

Proposal Making phase (30%)

• Designing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.
• Developing graphics and layouts for products with advice from Creative Team
• Reviewing final layouts with the Creative team and suggesting improvements if required.
• Propose Art Direction for Social Media on execution phase and handle directly key posts/ assets. 

Execution phase (50%)

• Propose Art Direction for Social Media during the execution phase and handle directly key posts/ assets. 
• Quality checks & Give Direction for outsourcing.

Internal work (20%)

• Support & train junior designers/intern with department leader
• Handle internal design with other department (HR, BOD)

• Helpful, responsible, result-oriented, and integrity

• Creative thinking and conceptual ability
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Knowledge in Sketch, After Effect, Video Editing, UI/UX is a plus
• Knowledge in current trends in Graphic Design and understanding of Digital Marketing channels

• Major in Graphic Design/ Multimedia Design
• Proficiency in using Graphic Design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• 2-3 years of experience in agency field, from both proposal making process to execution
