Product Marketer FullTime

Location: District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Helix Mesh, a branch of Swan)
Compensation: Junior From 10 Million - Under 12 Million VND / Month (Gross), Middle From 15 Million - Under 18 Million VND / Month (Gross), Senior From 20 Million - Under 24 Million VND / Month (Gross)
Work Location: In person (all business days)
Working time: Full-time (9:00am - 6:00pm), Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.
Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Swan Chain’s products.
• Support the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Assist in creating engaging and informative content, including web design, product documents, blog posts, and social media posts.
• Establish and maintain communication with KOL/Partner to organize co-marketing activities.
• Support user engagement through surveys, tickets, and feedback collection.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

As a Product Marketer, you will support the Marketing team in the development and
execution of marketing strategies to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market
research, and creating compelling marketing materials to effectively communicate the
value of our products to customers.

The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated individual with a proven
track record in marketing. They will have a deep understanding of the marketing
landscape and a talent for establishing and sustaining successful partnerships.
Proficiency in English is necessary for this role, as the successful candidate will
collaborate closely with teams worldwide that primarily operate in English.

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product marketing role.
• Experience with content marketing, social media, community management, PR.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.

• Must have a basic understanding of how crypto works: Culture, on-chain and off- chain.
• Strong written skills and ability to translate complex concepts for general users.
