Mô tả công việc

1. Trách nhiệm công việc

Responsible for finding, accessing, consulting and taking care of customers. They are the bridge between businesses and customers, helping businesses understand customer needs and meet those needs in the best way.

LOCATION & WORKING HOURS:

  • Location: Nguyen Co Thach, An Loi Dong, Thu Duc City, HCMC
  • Working Hours: 09AM - 06PM
2. Nội dung công việc

Account Management

  • Be a brand ambassador that comprehends client’s business to communicate with internal teams.
  • Understand and carry out the work of Account Executive
  • Be initiative in account management tasks: meet up with client, take brief, brainstorm, research about brand/consumer insights…
  • Monitor work progress and keep in contact with clients at all stages (briefing, proposal, contract, production, campaign management).
  • Be responsible for organizing and managing the work of internal team, ensuring timely completion and quality of work
  • Predict problems that may arise and prepare solutions
  • Assist Account Manager to solve challenging client requests.
  • Responsible for managing 1 - 3 big client accounts in parallel smoothly
  • Control 3rd-party work quality, costs and timeline
  • Choose appropriate 3rd-party according to work requirement and budget.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings
  • Complete weekly reports

Team Management

  • Train and manage AE and Account Intern
  • Solve team and cross-team problems.
  • Maintain the spirit and values of the agency to the team.                   

Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationship with client's direct working team (middle manager)
  • Proactively seek for new business opportunities from current clients.
  • Achieve individual and department objectives and results.

1. Thái độ / Tính cách
  • Be a Problem Solver with positive "I CAN DO" attitude. April believes experience can be learnt but negative "I CAN NOT DO" attitude will not lead us all far.
  • Be stable under pressure and have strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, presentations skills, strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Good English communication skills.

  • Graduated with majors related to Marketing, PR, Communication

  • Multidisciplinary knowledge is a top priority
  • Have experience working on IMC and Social projects
