- Proactively driving initiatives to increase Synergix brand equity and market share

- Planning, executing strategies in Referral Partner and Branding

- Liaising with BDC/AM for new strategies, updates and others

- Setting goals, strategies and direction for MKT department

- Setting KPI for each member of MKT team - Recruiting and retaining new DME

- Overseeing the whole team marketing activities and reporting to Sales Director

- Mature, self-motivated and highly-organized.

- Being able to work independently

- Being fluent in English communication, excellent in English writing. English equivalent to 6.5 IELTS or above

- Obtaining Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management/Marketing

- Having at least 1-2 year experience as a Marketing leader is prefered
