VLS is looking for two dynamic Marketing Specialists to join our team: Event Marketing and Content & Digital Marketing.
As part of the Marketing Department, you will play a key role in growing our brand, engaging with our community, and supporting lead generation efforts. Whether you’re passionate about creating impactful events or crafting engaging content and managing digital channels, you will contribute to building meaningful connections with our audience and driving brand awareness.
1. Event Marketing Specialist
Event Organization: Propose, plan, coordinate, and organize events to attract potential clients to VLS branches (Event types include but are not limited to workshops, cultural exchange programs, product launches, competitions, charity events, and more.)
Event Hosting (MC): Confidently and professionally serve as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) for events in both English and Vietnamese.
Scriptwriting: Draft event scripts and program content, ensuring alignment with event objectives and audience engagement.
Budget and Logistics Management

Manage event budgets and logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Prepare post-event reports evaluating the success and outcomes of each event.

Provide support with event photography and videography when needed.
Partnership Management

Identify potential partners and sponsors.

Collaborate with external parties and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Other Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

2. Content & Digital Marketing Specialist:
Media Channel Management: Manage content across all digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website, and Email.
Content Planning & Creation

Develop periodic content plans for all media channels.

Track and analyze content performance to refine and update content strategies.

Write copy for advertisements, social media posts, SEO blogs, video scripts, PR articles, newsletters, and more.

Brainstorm creative ideas for media publications (images, videos, social media posts, POSM materials, etc.).

Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce visual content.
Digital Marketing

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads (budget allocation, target audience optimization, etc.).

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (leads, budget, audience insights, etc.).
Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop new ideas for reaching target customers and generating new leads and partnerships.
Reporting: Provide periodic or project-based reports on marketing campaign performance or as requested by the supervisor.
Market Research

Research market trends and propose creative marketing campaigns.

Contribute ideas and participate in the implementation of marketing campaigns with the team.
Other Tasks: Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
