Digital Media Executive

This role requires a bright individual, a self-motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic team member with a passion for the Digital Marketing & Advertising industry. The suitable candidate is required to have strong Excel & PowerPoint skills as well as a very keen eye for detail.

1. Reporting

Extract and compile data from various reporting platforms
Propose campaign optimization based on findings in the data

2. Campaign Monitoring and Optimizing

Coordinate with Digital Media partners in setting up Digital Media campaigns
Implement ongoing optimization of live campaigns
Coordinate creative assets and track URLs
Manage all end-of-month financials and reconciliation

3. Analysis of Data: Perform analysis of live or historical campaigns in order to find trends in the data to improve the performance of future campaigns

4. Others

Assist with advertising creative development
Keep open and continual communications with your manager and your team with regard to workload and projects
Work on any other reasonable task requested by your senior manager
Work with Client Service, Creative and Content teams for the successful delivery of campaigns
Develop team by coaching and training to improve skills

Keen interest in the digital advertising industry

Have knowledge related to Marketing/ Media
Thorough understanding of all Advertising platforms, especially on SEM, Facebook, Ads, Programmatic, and App campaign
DSP (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
GTM & Google Data Studio
Advertising Serving Technologies

Be able to make plans, projected KPI, and proposals for in-house Media
Be able to execute tasks on their own initiative
Strong Excel skills
Strong analytical and numeracy skills
Focused and highly organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Clear communicator

Background: Bachelor in Marketing/ Media

At least 1-2,5 years of experience as a Digital Executive
At least 1,5 years of experience in the Digital Marketing field
Experience in agencies is highly preferred
