Graphic Designer

Visual Creative is responsible for developing campaign ideas by visual thinking & creating on-brand visuals for

creative execution.

- Create visual contents (photos, videos, graphics…) for Mar-Com campaigns.

- Generate & contribute ideas in every brainstorming sessions

- Develop visual direction

- Produce & control the quality of photo shoots

- Design & beatify creative proposals

- Present idea to internal team

- Support to Stella’s branding activities

- Clearly explain ideas & visual direction to internal team

Key Deliverables:

- Execute 2 projects at the same time

Deliver visual content with 80% satisfaction of Creative Lead

80% visual content being approved after 1 round of revision

- At least 1 idea being chosen after ideation

- Visual direction with strategic approach & rationale being approved by Creative Lead after 1 revision

- Deliver 100% requirement for photo shoots from preparation to outcomes finalisation

- Creative proposal with beautiful idea expression & slide alignment, being approved by Creative Lead

after 1 round of revision

-Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

-Proven graphic designing experience

-A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

-Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.

-Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
