Marketing Executive

• Direct report to: Head of Sales & Marketing
• External customers : Factories, Machine builders and Subcontractors in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
• Internal customers : all internal departments

• Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and sales goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
• Create and curate high-quality content. Ensure that it is aligned with the market.
• Oversee the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and other online platforms.
• Develop and Implement SEO strategies to improve the company’s visibility in online searches within the market.
• Identify speaking opportunities, industry events, and webinars where company representatives can showcase their expertise.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.

1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy management, market research and event planner. Working experience in the Automation industry, being passionate about the Automation industry is a plus

2. Language skill: Proficient in spoken and written English.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
