Chuyên Viên Nội Dung Content Specialist

Plan and execute an effective content strategy for all marketing channels

As a content specialist, your responsibilities include:

• Use content management system to publish, edit, and update content
• Develop effective and creative marketing collateral, such as blogs, white papers, landing pages,… and other web content
• Create social media content and collaborate with Customer Success team to ensure user’s satisfaction
• Write and script user guide materials
• Work with other departments and partners to develop proposals, sales materials, announcement posts, etc…
• Update and optimize existing content

Enthusiasm, energy, professionalism with the ability to work in a fast paced co-operative team environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent native (or native-level) English writing skills (IELTS Writing > 7.5 or equivalent)

Superior editorial and written skills with proven track records of creating and managing content programs and demonstrated business results

Ability to use data and insights to improve engagement metrics
