Mô tả công việc
As a Community Support Executive, your responsibilities include:
- Collect, analyze partner/end-user’s feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Follow up with partners/end-users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Work with partner’s representatives to execute campaign or deliver project’s tasks as assigned

Enthusiasm, energy, professionalism with the ability to work in a fast paced co-operative team environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent English skill with professional working proficiency in Writing & Speaking
Multi-tasking capabilities
Experience as a Customer Success Executive or similar Customer Service role at a global company or software industry is a plus
Excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure partners/end-users satisfaction and retention is a plus
