1. Trách nhiệm công việc

CREATORY is not a traditional agency. We are always on the next wave of the digital age. From the root of successful influencer marketing, we expand our capacity to provide total solutions for brands including IP management & development, content solution, community building, brand social channel, IMC plan, virtual production. Especially with technology based and pivoting to the future, we navigate to web3 by providing total solutions which promote blockchain-based brands/products or services. We are working for several local and international clients incl. LG, CJ, Orion, Mirae, NH Securities, Likelion,... Not just working as a service provider, we play as strategic partners to brands. We are growing fast and we know that our success is a direct result of our talents.

 

2. Nội dung công việc

For client:

  • Examine clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives to proactively offer them the best solutions
  • Attend client's briefing meetings with team members to clarify and understand the brief clearly 
  • Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between client and company
  • Be compliant with company and client’s policies, and deliver satisfaction for clients
  • Build up and maintain good relationships with key individuals (project owners)
  • Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal generation and development of new service offerings

 

For internal:

  • Lead and manage Account Team, partners and other resources to ensure proper coordination of all channels
  • Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, transparency, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, engagement)
  • Understand & respect every department’s role in delivering great work & build close relationships
  • Control client budget and revenue-cost, to ensure the required profitability for company
  • Be able to give exact proposition & creative directions and supervise the team on working progress of developing proposals, viral videos
  • Deep-dive into social media analytics to understand why certain content performs better than the rest, and provide actionable insights for our clients backed by social data 
  • The ability to present a clear, coherent, engaging plan during the meeting 
  • Manage the workload, monitor team performance and give guidance when needed 
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, project and client management skills 
  • Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once, and with keen attention to details and processes
  • Ability to structure, organize and improve the working processes within the team, and amongst departments 
  • High sense of responsibility, proactive, detail-oriented and result-oriented
  • Strong understanding of the technology and trends that are changing the advertising business 
  • Familiar with digital and social platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram 
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent MS computer skills (MSWord, Power Point, Excel)

 

3. Kiến thức chuyên môn
  • At least 3-5 years experience in account or planning role at an advertising, digital or integrated agencies
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as management level 
  • Knowledgeable and experience in digital works focus and influencer marketing is a PLUS
