Mô tả công việc

1. Trách nhiệm công việc

Account Executive will take responsibility for serving client with the greatest satisfaction to keep and expand the business. He/ She will have to work closely with clients in order to understand their expectations for the projects and then communicate with internal teams to make sure that the final works will meet the client’s requirements.

2. Nội dung công việc

25% - Take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks
25% - Work collaboratively across internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors
10% - Act as a ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control

Others

10% - Paperwork
20% - Report for internal team and client (on project)
10% - Market & Competitors review (once a month)

MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Google Workspace packages
Proficient in English and Vietnamese (Full skills)

3. Kiến thức chuyên môn

1. Experience

At least 1,5 – 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Communication
6 months – 1 year of experience at B2B Client Service/ Business Development/ B2B Sales/ Marketing/ Publishers (or at Creative/ IMC/ Branding/ Digital agency is preferred)
Have experience in FMCG/ Tech industry is preferred

2. Knowledge: Digital Media/ Social Media

3. Education: College/ University Degree
