External Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
- Develop and drive project strategies, ensuring successful outcomes and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction throughout each campaign.
- Oversee client accounts, including proposal planning, budget management, and advertising expenditure control.
- Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to support the successful execution of client projects.
Internal Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as paperwork, invoice control, payment tracking, and coordinating with Finance and Production teams to address queries.
- Allocate tasks effectively, manage team workload, and conduct performance evaluations, offering timely and constructive feedback.
- Deliver training and coaching to team members to enhance their project management skills and knowledge.
- Ensure teams are well-informed and engaged, facilitating smooth project execution while fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.
- Work closely with the General Director to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as necessary.
- Provide proactive assistance to the General Director in advance of meetings, project planning, and execution to achieve company objectives.
