Research Manager (Managing Editor)

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the analytics of macro economy condition, investment trends, blockchain megatrends, market landscape, competitive analysis to drive content & digital strategy 
- Dissect recent news stories for inspiration for an article topic, or have the ability to produce a timely commentary piece within a matter of hours (or even minutes) from a news release
- Develop content strategy, editorial calendar and ensure production team is on board
- Perform content audits, identify gaps in content strategy & optimize content according to SEO strategy
- Set and meet benchmarks for digital and social engagement
- Manage the daily activities of a production team composed of writers, graphic designers, videographers
- Monitoring the competition’s online activities
- Identify opportunities to develop new content on new platforms to expand company reach

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Research Manager
- Is knowledgeable and passionate about the blockchain industry, stock market, trading or related field
- Enjoys creating and pitching ideas for social media content
- Strong leadership qualities
- Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good at reading, translating & writing skills in English
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
