Build & develop close relationships with clients & act as a primary point of contact between clients & agency.
Communicate with the internal team, client, and 3rd parties.
Be initiative in account management tasks: meet up with the client, take the brief, brainstorm, research about brand/consumer insight, operation the campaign….
Keep the line manager updated on the state of your tasks & alert the line manager on potential issues relating to the assigned accounts.
