Trade Marketing

- To plan and coordinate all external and internal education evens and activities. This includes working with Moroccanoil, salons, educators and working closely with sales force to achieve goals.

- Plan and prepare educational campaign to increase sales of products or services.
- Prepare all educational materials.
- Coordinate with educators to conduct training classes all over the country to achieve organizational goals.
- Confer with clients to provide marketing or technical advice.
- Report to Moroccanoil Regional Education Manager and Marketing Manager.
- Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
- Identify, develop, or evaluate education strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows.
- Work together with the marketing team, agencies to create relevant content for en effective campaign to salons.
- Manage and monitor all marketing materials to utilize branding exposure in salons.
- Assist with annual budget development.

- Good communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills: Microsoft Offices is a must and use of Abode Illustrator, video editing is a plus.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.

- Completion of university/colleges degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferably: at least a year of experience in same/related field.
- An understanding of basic marketing fundamentals
