Account Executive

• The Account Executive is responsible for the relationship with the client and reporting: quality of the agency’s on-going and final work-product; on-going client and internal communication and performance-based culture.

• Handle assigned accounts & projects under the supervision of a Account Manager
• Handle day-to-day account servicing & dealing with clients
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding and a passion for his/​her clients’ industry, business, consumer and brands
• Provide solutions to ongoing internal and external challenges
• Stay abreast of market and pop-culture trends, and competitor activities
• Commit scope of work and timeline
• Convince clients with agency’s suggestion
• Solve problems ad hoc in internal (creative, production) and external (client)

• Passion in marketing and brand development in Digital platform
• Be a Problem Solver with positive “I CAN DO” attitude. April believes experience can be learnt but negative “I CAN NOT DO” attitude will not lead

• Ability to work within the team & independently;
• Presentation & explanation skills.

• 1+ years consumer marketing and/​or relevant agency experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience in brand identity development, persuasion, presentation and sales are preferred

-Working time: 9:00 – 18:30 (Mon-Fri)

-Monthly income: Fixed salary (negotiated on capacity, experience) + bonus based on performance
