1. Trách nhiệm công việc

Account Executive is responsible for executing projects, managing project timeline, quality to deliver services of company

2. Nội dung công việc

Senior Account Executive will need to be able to administer projects, manage teams to deploy projects to work with customers. Senior Account Executive will have many opportunities to meet and work directly with leaders from C-Level of brands, implement branding and communication projects, play an important role in coordinating and campaign execution.
• Execution and administration of projects after win pitching
• Work directly with customers to implement projects, ensure the campaign is executed according to the set plan, and achieve the campaign's goals
• Guide and train team members in project management skills, improve professional capacity
• Maintain relationships with customers, take care and promptly respond to project requirements, and advise customers on the best solutions
• Manage project finance, control project costs and cash flow.

3. Kiến thức chuyên môn

• Deep understanding about communication/branding, digital marketing & social media platforms, 3-5 years of experience in the industry.
• Good command of English and work with foreign partners
• Deliverables mindset, business mindset, customer service mindset, open mindset
• Proficient in office tools, especially creating presentation slides.
• Ability to project management, ability to lead, manage & coordinate the team.
