Junior Social Planner

• Work alongside the account teams to define the right approach/action for influencers to meet the set objectives.

• Identify and integrate relevant influencer/communities channels to action plans
• Work alongside the account teams to define and manage the social strategy, focus to social outreach campaign
• Work with other teams in the company to leverage all capabilities, assets, identifying needs for content partnership and be able to present in a compelling way to clients and other partners.
• Set social/influencer approach & direction, to create proposals that addresses clients' briefs and beyond.
• Extend the brand strategy, consumer insights and creative big idea into a full-pledged social/influencer campaign.
• Involve in internal projects to promote company products (seasonal campaigns, films, shows,...)

• Pushes for the best possible work and stands-up for great ideas.
• Independent, determined; loves taking responsibility and problem solving.

• Good understanding & strong working knowhow of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok…) and Influencer
• Good communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations.
• Good presentation and speaking skills ability both in Vietnamese and English
• Strong strategic and creative thinking with a passion for delivering good work.

• At least 01 year experience working in a digital agency as a social/influencer planner
