· Introduction of agency day-to-day job
· Training skills in day-to-day activities, including, but not limit to media clippings, translation, communications material drafting, inputs for proposal development
· Direct assistance to the directors and managers in daily account work and other agency work
· Providing administrative support to Managers/ Directors
· Media relations: assist in handling media queries and other media contacting jobs
· Third party’s quotation request, negotiation & coordination
An account executive should be an experienced, capable project and account manager who can handle a wide range of assignments, projects and/or clients with a high degree of success and independence. He/ she has strong client relationship and is considered a junior leader. Desirable skills include, but not limited to:
- Develop and manage projects/programs, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, manpower plans, budgets and timelines
- Independently handle several accounts, directing day-to-day work with assistance from team members as appropriate
- Ensure that the team is appropriately informed and involved in projects - Anticipate and lead in the resolution of emerging account problems
- Ensure that team can articulate and apply agency vision, goals, practice areas and capabilities
