1. Content writing

• Together with the Marketing & PR team to build and implement detailed content plans for websites, blog, social media posts and other marketing materials,...
• Create, edit and update content in all Marketing & PR channels on a daily basis (including writing, content presenting, brainstorming about how to use image/ video/ infographic to express the content and idea, tagline, headlines, slogan...).
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Manage and oversee the content production, produce content that not only informs and engages but also leads users to consider our product/solution.
• Optimize content for search engines and lead generation. Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company's website.
• Together with the team to build and develop ideas, content for all marketing events (promotions, challenges, events...) and create suitable content and PR materials (publication, articles, blog, press...) for each event.
• Identify customers’ needs, trends and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
• Other tasks as requested by the manager.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

2. Social Media management

• Design, build and maintain company’s social media presence: posts, trend, promotions, events....
• Build up and manage fan group, forum, Q&A...
• Support customer services for customers on fan-page, social media.

• Creative thinking, attention to details, flexible, self-motivated.

• Demonstrated writing skills. Ability to understand complex information and communicate it in a simple, engaging way to the targeted audience groups.
• Experience with social media creation and management. Ability to write short form engaging content for Facebook/ Instagram posts, and Youtube and other channels.
• Ability to organize, present thoughts, and communicate ideas with clarity both in Vietnamese and English.
• Quick update about new trends and customer needs.
• Has good aesthetics in terms of composition, images and colors. Experienced in Photoshop or other graphic editing software.
• Creative thinking, attention to details, flexible, self-motivated.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public relations, Journalism, or related field.
• At least 2 year of strong digital content writing experience or copywriting experience in technology, retail shopping, toys, games or working experience in media agency and a good knowledge of content marketing strategies.
