Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

- Work closely with Marketing Manager and the greater marketing team to develop high impact and scalable growth strategies

- Owning growth targets and exploring new channel mix, executing digital-offline campaigns/partnership/other funnel optimisation activities to drive results in collaboration with other members in the marketing team

- Rapid generation and A/B testing of growth experiments followed by data analysis, taking action on the results

- Produce & communicate growth learning reports to company-wide stakeholders

- Identify & source for solutions to automate Marketing & Admission processes

- Conduct regular maintenance for the automation system

- Highly organized thinker with deep attention to detail and follow through

- Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively manage own time

- Strong analytical skills are required, prior experience with data viz tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is strongly preferred

- Good interpersonal skills. Experience in building professional relationships is required

- Ability to write and converse well in Vietnamese and English

- 2+ years of experience across more than 1 of these discipline of Marketing, preferably: Paid ads, SEO, lead nurturing tactics, referral, affiliate marketing
