Mô tả công việc

1. Trách nhiệm công việc

True North School Marketing team is responsible for designing and implementing a marketing plan that aligns with the school’s mission to achieve its enrollment goal.
The Marketing Associate is in charge of assisting in the development and implementation of all marketing campaigns for True North School including developing the marketing strategy, leading and executing the strategy, growing and shaping the TNS brand and all supporting activities.

2. Nội dung công việc

Define creative concepts and provide high quality & engaging content (in Vietnamese and/or in English, targeting different market segments ranging from high school students, parents to employees and alumni, domestically and internationally) for promotional materials & lead conversion tools (based on team brainstorming or briefing sessions).
Support the development, implementation & optimization of integrated promotional campaigns and branding campaigns including but not limited to Information Days, Experience Days, Program Campaigns, Lead generation campaigns across all traditional and digital channels to drive enquiries and student enrolment growth.
Develop content to feed True North School website and social platforms including Facebook fan pages, groups, blogs, forums in collaboration with other marketing team members and in liaison with agencies, freelancers and interns.
Lead video projects & photo shoots including but not limited to looking for talents, liaising with students and lecturers, developing story and script, outsourcing and briefing agencies for production and post production.
Coordinate speakers, build scripts and facilitate talk shows at events & develop and/or update content for presentations & speeches at information days and other events.
Provide support for requests related to promotional collaterals for high school engagement activities, global mobility program promotion and international student recruitment.
Provide support for requests related to campaign and social media channel report & recommendation for future campaigns and improvement.
Recruit, train and manage social media freelancers.
Other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

3. Kiến thức chuyên môn

Bachelor degree in business or marketing
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising
Demonstrated experience in implementing promotional campaigns
Experience in writing advertising copy and marketing collaterals
Demonstrated portfolio of writing pieces for different platforms, especially in Vietnamese (to be included in application documents)
