The Account Director (AD) is a strategic executive role managing the commercial and general needs for business growth of the organization. Following are details responsibilities:
Manage each client account in accordance with the requirements of the business while providing frontline support to HOCS.
Taking a lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies, especially have a good understand about Vietnam market, in terms of Digital, Media, and Social.
Develop and manage projects and programs, including strategies, implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, timelines and budgets, reported to HOCS to ensure all implementation plans aligned.
Act with a high degree of independence; holds responsibility for overall account relationships and grow existing clients in the market. Maintain and grow existing accounts, establishing relationships with key client contacts and ensuring that client/agency relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over time.
Develop and guide media relations strategy and leverage full resources of ADK Group Vietnam to provide proactive leadership to all accounts.
Lead all the project productions/outcomes and drive content & creative strategy.
Managing client expectations and satisfaction to the highest standards for each campaign.
Collaborate and work with internal teams, especially Strategists to find insights & provide creative inputs.
Report process/outputs and results to HOCS and deliver presentations to clients.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints; providing specific solutions when problem/issue occurs.
Create opportunities to grow business revenue on assigned accounts. Upselll with clients.
Build trust and maintain existing client relationships with the focus grow their account.
Coach & supervise Account Executives to manage accounts and accomplish assignments in a timely and efficient manner; a focus on campaign performance, media planning, contract preparation is mandatory…
Support HOCS with ADK Group Vietnam policies including; ad specifications, bundling requirements (if necessary), pricing guidelines, turnaround times and general advertising terms….
Develop team member ability to represent the company; ensure jobs are assigned, workloads and performance, giving feedback to team members in timely manner periodically.
Inspire all the relevant teams to always perform at their best, and solve everyone’s difficulties; listen to team member difficulties and motivate them; give recognition for good performance as well as manage poor performance.
Deliver training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in project management.
Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.

Insatiably curious and lifelong learner.
Understanding of how to manage budgets for pieces of business or several projects within a larger account.
Ability to work independently and supervise a team of 8-10 Account Executives.
Good analytical, organizational as well as communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Good team working skills and the confidence to lead and motivate a team.
Ability to manage your own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently.
Must perform under pressure and meet deadlines that may have demanding targets.
Proactive, positive attitude, creative thinking, good problem-solving skills, willing to learn, adapt and operate with a dynamic and fast-moving working environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Japanese language is preferred.
English-Excellent proficiency both spoken and written.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

3. Kiến thức chuyên môn

Above 10 years’ experience in Account Management demonstrating success and knowledge of the industry, including 3-5 years in a supervisory role and strong experience in Digital and Media. Online account management experience is preferred.
Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to bring together cohesive programs and drive results for clients.
