Digital Marketing Officer

Purpose of the position:

• You’ll be responsible for managing our social media networks (Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok at the moment) and digital projects according to the campaign strategy defined by the management team

Main duty:

• Develop digital content strategy for online platforms (social media pages and e-commerce pages)

• Set up, run and adjust Performance Ads campaign to reach KPIs

• Schedule, execute, monitor all the posts and Ads on online platforms

• Graphic design and creation of tools for social media and online needs

• Monitor delays and coordinate the work of outsourced material, design, and production for social media purpose

• Coordinate all social media channels in a consistent ‘on brand’ voice in line with our high standards

• Prepare reports on social media performance and suggest adjustment to reach targets

• Able to design contents

• Event organization related tasks: gifts and samples preparation for online games and activations, KOL activations support

• Digital agency briefing and coordination when projects are outsourced

• You speak communication English

• Basic knowledge of the digital beauty landscape and social media advertising

• You have knowledge in design and contents for social media

• Know how to use software for design as photoshop, canva, video editing
